OPERATOR CONTACT CENTER

Wirecard is looking for a sociable person to consult clients about Wirecard projects.

 

Your Duties

  • Answer clients' phone calls (cardholders and representatives of client institutions) and solving problems related to cards and transactions, ATM, etc., by providing information and technical support on a permanent basis
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Record all calls in the dedicated application
  • Monitor the various interfaces in the system
  • Process files respecting SLA
  • Retrieve and transmit complaints / information via e-mail
  • Register complaints from clients and solve them at their level of competence; escalate complaints and track the process until they are completed

 

Your Profile

  • Higher education graduates or graduates (preferably technical)
  • PC operating knowledge (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, E-mail)
  • Calmness and self-control, attention to detail, distributive attention
  • Responsible person, friendly, team spirit and good communication skills
  • Medium English knowledge
